LaunchD Bats – Warranty Policy

• 90‑Day Limited Warranty  

LaunchD Bats offers a 90‑day limited warranty on all pro‑grade wood bats purchased directly through our website or authorized partners. This warranty covers failure caused by verified manufacturing or material defects only.

• Wood Bat Disclaimer  

Wood bats are consumable performance equipment and are expected to break during normal use. Breakage alone does not constitute a defect. All wood bats, regardless of brand, can fail due to mis‑hits, impact location, or natural wood variation.

What is covered

• Failure caused by verified manufacturing or material defects only

• Structural defects not visible at the time of purchase

• Internal wood flaws confirmed through inspection

What is not covered

• Breakage from normal use

• Breaks caused by mis‑hits (end‑cap hits, handle hits, etc.)

• Damage from hitting anything other than regulation baseballs

• Use in batting cages with dimple balls

• Water damage, temperature damage, or improper storage

• Cosmetic issues (seam marks, finish wear, cleat marks, etc.)

Inspection Requirement

• LaunchD reserves the right to request the bat be returned for inspection prior to approving a replacement.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the bat for inspection.

Warranty Process

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

1. Order number or proof of purchase

2. Photos of the bat from multiple angles

3. A brief description of how the failure occurred

4. The bat itself, if requested, shipped at the customer’s expense

Replacement Policy

• Approved claims will receive one replacement bat of equal or lesser value.

Warranty replacements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Window

Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Terms & Conditions Language 

Product Use  
All LaunchD wood bats are designed for use with regulation baseballs only. Misuse, including hitting non‑regulation balls or using the bat in extreme weather conditions, may result in damage not covered under warranty.

Assumption of Risk  
Wood bats naturally vary in grain structure and density. Breakage is a normal part of using wood bats and is not always indicative of a defect.

Limitation of Liability  
LaunchD Bats is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, or modification of our products.

Order Processing & Lead Times  
Due to seasonal demand and weather‑related distribution delays, production and shipping times may vary. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final on custom‑engraved or personalized bats.
Non‑custom bats may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Warranty replacements cannot be returned or exchanged.
