Fantastic. Kid isn't wasting time lining up the bat in between reps. Also, it's a unique size that limits casting. Included Swing Nirvana is worth the price of the bat.

My kid started the season on the club B team, and in 4 weekends he got moved to the A team as a bench player. In the next 4 weekends he's moved to starting 7th, then 5th, then 4th, then 2nd in the order. Coach moved him back to 4th to clean up. Bottom line, he's slashing .400/.486/.633 on the A team and right now is hitting better than anyone, and the coach can put him wherever he wants, whenever he wants. In 35 PAs right now he's struck out 4 times and walked 4 times. It's all contact, moving runners, ball in play.
We drill with the Launchd mini snap-pro twice a week and we've got a process that seems so reliable that it feels like a cheat code. Swing Nirvana drills and concepts have helped me, a know nothing dad, coach him to hitting success. In this recent run he went 0 for 4 in one game (hit for outs) he was getting really upset, and I got him to come back to basics. Trust the eyes and the hands, remember to tilt and stay in the back leg. Everything HLP is rooted in the design of the Launchd Bat. Testament to understanding the drills, doing the work with the tools, and trusting the process.
He's young and I can feel him learning that the sometimes monotonous drill work is a chore, but he's also learning now that success doesn't happen by accident.
Seriously, it's like the kid and my dream come true. The bat isn't magic. But if you have the work ethic and sell out to HLP and all the goofy drills, you have an edge over almost everyone else on the field.
